Year of the Snake

Sometimes less is more, especially when it comes to colour. If your lights and darks are right you can depict anything. Something for me to work on in 2025, the year of the snake.
時には、特に色に関しては「少ないほど多い」ということがあります。明暗さえ正しければ、何でも描けるものです。2025年、蛇年に向けて取り組むべき課題の一つです。

I charge ¥10 (about $0.10) per square cm for any original work of art (so, for example, a 50cm x 50cm painting would be priced at ¥25,000 (50cm x 50cm x ¥10 = ¥25,000, about $250).
All artworks are sold with an individually signed certificate of authenticity.
Included in the price for most oil paintings is a hand-made (by me) wooden frame. Included in the price for most sketches and watercolours is a plastic frame with acrylic transparent front.
All artworks are bubble-wrapped for safe shipping. Postage costs are not included, these are charged at cost price.
